We’re committed to delivering a high-quality, hands-on learning experience through the ML Engineering Mentorship Program. We understand that circumstances may change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below:

Week 1 — Full Refund (Standard Payment Only)

If you withdraw during the first week of the program, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your original payment (excluding deposits made under the deferred payment option).
Deadline: End of Week 1 (Sunday at 11:59 PM PST)

Weeks 2–4 — Partial Refund (Standard Payment Only)

If you withdraw between Weeks 2 and 4, you're eligible for a partial refund based on how far we are into the program:

• Week 2: 50% refund

• Week 3: 30% refund

• Week 4: 10% refund

Refunds are calculated from your original payment total.

After Week 4 — No Refunds

No refunds will be issued after the end of Week 4. By this point, students have received access to the majority of lectures, project resources, community support, and career mentorship.

Deferred Payment Plan – Deposit is Non-Refundable

If you are participating in the program through a deferred payment option, please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable, regardless of your withdrawal date. This deposit secures your spot in the program and is used to offset initial setup and resource costs.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), email us at academy@inferenceedu.com with:

• Your full name

• The email you used to register

• A short note about your withdrawal

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
